There's no official count of which NHL team is best represented on Twitter, but the Sens stack up very well league-wide when it comes to expressing themselves in 140 characters or less.

The team's Twitter count went up one last night when man, myth, legend, captain Daniel Alfredsson joined the social network sweeping the world one hashtag at a time.

In the immortal words of Bob Cole, "EVERYTHING IS HAPPENING!"

Not only have we seen Erik Karlsson activate a Twitter account and return from an Achilles injury, the team could potentially clinch playoff spot tonight and we still have the home finale to look forward to this Saturday night, but we could still hit the motherload of Ottawa internet phenomena yet.

Daniel Alfredsson will be joining Twitter. You may now remove your jaw from the ground.

The Ottawa Senators will have a chance to clinch tonight and they'll take the task on using a lineup they haven't been able to put together all season long thanks to the returns of Erik Karlsson and Jared Cowen.

There will only be one change from Monday's game against the Penguins as Patrick Wiercioch checks out and Karlsson takes his place. The reserves, outside of that one switch, remain the same from last game.

The Sens have undergone some massive line shuffling by the looks of things however, as they try to spark some offence from a lineup that has two goals total in its last two games.

Here's how the Sens will look to start.

It's official.

Erik Karlsson will make his return to the lineup tonight when the Sens take on the Washington Capitals, just 10 weeks after he had his Achilles severed in a game against the Pittsburgh Penguins. He'll take back his usual spot on the Sens' top D pairing with Marc Methot and should quarterback the power play alongside Sergei Gonchar.

With a playoff berth on the line tonight it's no surprise that the Sens will be turning to Craig Anderson to help seal the deal tonight in Washington.
