Gameday Preview Bits - 4.27.2013

It's Fan Appreciation Day at Scotiabank Place as the Sens close out their home regular season schedule ahead of a trip to Boston on Sunday. This game will have an impact on the standings so, while the Sens have clinched their playoff spot, a win tonight would be big.

Let's begin.

Up top we have the Gameday Goodie with Jean-Gabriel Pageau who made his NHL debut in Philadelphia last week and recorded his first NHL point that night. He talks about his relationship with Daniel Briere and Claude Giroux of the Flyers who were once his hockey heroes and are now his peers.

Next we have Gord Wilson's Game Preview. The Sens will be looking to try and leap into fifth or sixth place in the Eastern Conference after clinching last Thursday against the Capitals. They are 1-1-0 against the Flyers this season.

Daniel Alfredsson spoke today about the Sens playoff positioning and what they have in front of them.

Coach MacLean had his usual pregame media availability and touched on lineup changes as well as this Flyers matchup.
