2:20 PM: The Sens have hit the ice at STAPLES Center. Craig Anderson says hi.

12:00 PM: Sens fans all over the world are cheering on the team tonight. The above picture comes to us from Dave Nabi, who will be flying in to Los Angeles from Hawaii to catch the game.

10:45 AM: The sun is up over the city of angels 12 hours before puck drop.

10:00 AM: This season feels as though it has been coming along very slowly (it has) but the Sens can finally stop their California hockey dreamin' tonight when they drop the puck against the Los Angeles Kings. The Kings are 1-2-0 to start the season and, most recently, dropped a 3-1 decision to the Rangers this past Monday. They'll be looking to right the ship tonight when the puck drops at 10:30 pm (Eastern) at STAPLES Center.

The Sens will hit the ice this afternoon (Eastern) for their skate in Los Angeles. I'll have plenty of updates to follow including, but not limited to, lineup changes, players thoughts on tonight's game, Sens TV updates, Instagram goodness and more.

Stay tuned!

To tide you over until then, here's Chris Phillips talking about the last Sens victory in Los Angeles which came in 2000. Phillips is the only player left from either team from that game.

Here's what he had to say...
