1:00 PM: It's Grey Cup Sunday here in Canada and, with today's game taking place between the Saskatchewan Roughriders and Hamilton Tiger-Cats, the Gameday Goodie catches up with Saskatchewan native Jared Cowen.

12:00 PM: Zack Smith spoke with the media today in Carolina. Here's what he had to say...

9:30 AM: The Ottawa Senators will look to sweep their weekend today when they take on the Carolina Hurricanes at 5 pm.

The Sens are coming off of a second strong win in Detroit last night where they overcame a slow start to beat the Red Wings by a 4-2 score. Robin Lehner stopped 34 shot and Clarke MacArthur potted a pair of goals to give the Sens the lift they needed to move to 6-0-1 against the Atlantic.

The Hurricanes have had an up and down season with a record of 8-10-5 through 23 games thus far and a 5-4-4 mark at home. They also took to the ice yesterday and dropped a 3-2 score to the Boston Bruins in Boston.

Sens head coach Paul MacLean will meet with the media this afternoon and I'll have plenty of updates to follow including, but not limited to, lineup changes, players' thoughts on tonight's game, Sens TV updates, Instagram goodness and more.

Stay tuned!
