2:00 PM: Here's Cory Conacher on the return to Tampa Bay...

On playing Tampa:

It's definitely interesting, they're doing well right now, their goalie is doing well — I'm going to have to try and get in his kitchen early tonight and hopefully get him off his game a little bit. If he sees the puck he's going to be able to stop it, he's a big goalie so I may have to jump in front of him, but I'll do what I can to be around the net and hopefully bury a goal on the road tonight.

On being back in Tampa:

It's nice to see some of the guys that I won a Calder Cup with and the coach I won a Calder Cup with. It's going to be interesting to play against them again tonight. I was able to play against them I think a week or two after I got traded but there's more of the Norfolk guys up now so it's going to be a fun battle tonight.

1:00 PM: Here's what Paul MacLean had to say ahead of tonight's game...

On tonight's lineup:

Robin Lehner is the goalie and Patrick Wiercioch will come in, Eric Gryba will come out and Matt Kassian remains out. All the lines should stay the same pending lunch.

On Lehner:

We just feel that Robin has been a very consistent goaltender for us and we want him to give him the opportunity tonight.

On Anderson's health:

He has been dinged up there a couple times, I think Gerry has been out to see him a couple times so he's a little stiff, but for the most part we just feel that Robin gives us a better chance tonight.

On Tampa as a scary opponent:

They have Martin St-Louis, Teddy Purcell, I know Stamkos is out for them, but they've scored lots of goals this year. They're going through a bit of a struggle and we'd like to keep them struggling for sure, but when you're the visiting coach coming in and a team hasn't scored for a while you should be scared to death because you know they're going to come and go to the net hard, they're going to probably be putting lots of pucks to the net and that makes it hard to defend.

11:20 AM: They're waiting to hit the ice...

10:45 AM: The Sens have arrived for their morning skate in Tampa...

10:00 AM: It's gameday in Tampa and the Sens will be looking to keep having fun in the sun when they take on the Lightning tonight at 7:30.

The Sens are coming off of a 4-2 win over the Florida Panthers on Tuesday night which saw some quality goaltending from Craig Anderson and big contributions from the team's depth lead the way to victory. The win improved the Sens record to 7-5-2 on the road and 7-1-1 against the Atlantic Division.

The Lightning have had a quality season to this point, amassing 33 points in 27 games with a record of 16-10-1. They have posted a 6-3-0 record within the division this season and are 10-3-0 at home.

The Sens will hit the ice in Tampa this morning and I'll have plenty of updates on the way including, but not limited to, lineup changes, players' thoughts on tonight's game, Sens TV updates, Instagram goodness and more.

Stay tuned!
