Let's take a brief moment to do a pan around the world of hockey and get an update on how Senators prospects and affiliates are faring in their respective playoff campaigns and pushes.

Vincent Dunn (Gatineau/QMJHL) — Dunn posted a two point night for the Olympiques with a goal and an assist. He finished the night a plus-1 and added four hits and four penalty minutes. Gatineau trails Halifax 2-1 in their best of seven.

Ben Harpur (Guelph/OHL) — Harpur was a plus-3 for the Storm in their 4-2 win over the London Knights on Tuesday night. With the win, Guelph takes a 2-1 lead in the series.

Curtis Lazar (Edmonton/WHL) — Lazar recorded a goal and an assist for the Oil Kings in game three of their series against the Brandon Wheat Kings. Edmonton won the game by a 5-2 score and increased their series lead to 3-0.

Marcus Hogberg (Linkopings/SEL) — Högberg's Linkoping squad was eliminated in game four of their third round series by Skelleftea by a 7-3 score on Tuesday night — he made 27 saves in the losing effort. The loss came after Högberg pitched a 37 save shutout on Sunday night to send the series to game five.

Elmira Jackals (ECHL)— The Jackals fell by a 7-2 score to the Evansville IceMen on Saturday and return to action tonight against the Gwinnett Gladiators. Sens goaltending prospect Chris Driedger made 27 saves in the loss. They will not qualify for the playoffs this season.

Binghamton Senators (AHL)— The B-Sens got back in the win column on Sunday with a 6-2 victory over the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins. Matt Puempel scored a pair of goals while Dave Dziurzynski, Wacey Hamilton, Garrett Thompson and Cole Schneider rounded out the offence for Bingo. Andrew Hammond stopped 29 of 31 Penguins shots to earn the win in goal. Thompson's goal marks the first of his AHL career and first since signing with the Senators on April 4. Binghamton's next game comes Friday against the Hershey Bears.
