Senators Development Camp: Day 2

The Ottawa Senators annual development camp continued with Day 2 on Friday at Scotiabank Place. Fresh off a sport nutrition seminar on Monday evening, the campers returned to action at 9 a.m. for a two-hour off-ice workout that focused on balance and core stability.

The group welcomed a new member for Friday's sessions, when Terry Marcotte from CTV Ottawa joined the development camp to get a hands-on feel for a day in the life of an Ottawa Senators prospect.

On Friday afternoon the team had a three-hour on-ice session at the Bell Sensplex that focused mainly on puck skills and technical skating.
