Sens fans encouraged to ‘Rev up the Red' at Scotiabank Place

OTTAWA - The Ottawa Senators Hockey Club today announced tickets for all home games in the first round of the 2006 Stanley Cup playoffs will go on sale Saturday, April 1 at 10 a.m.

The 2006 Stanley Cup playoff drive for the Senators will see the club encourage fans to ‘Rev up the Red'. As part of their playoff theme, fans can show their Senators support by showing their true colour - red. Fans can Rev up the Red by way of face painting, wearing a wig or their favourite player's red jersey; anything to help make Scotiabank Place a sea of red for the playoffs.

There is a limit of six (6) tickets per person, per game for the Coca-Cola Family Fan Zone and GM Power seats section, and a limit of eight (8) tickets per person, per game for all other sections. All sales are final. No exchange or refund on games that have or will be played.

Stanley Cup playoff tickets can be purchased at www.capitaltickets.ca, by calling 599-FANS or 1-877-788-FANS, in person at all Ottawa-Gatineau area Sports Experts locations and at the Scotiabank Place box office.

Red Zone Plaza Party presented by Molson Canadian

A playoff tradition with the Senators, Scotiabank Place will once again host their Red Zone Plaza Party, presented by Molson Canadian. Activities will begin three hours before every game day and will include live entertainment on the main stage, interactive elements of the GM Sens Street Tour, live broadcasts from Team 1200 and 93.9 BOB FM, Senators merchandise, tattoos, hair and face painting and a food and beverage tent which will feature large screen televisions.
