Bulletin: Senators return Josh Hennessy to AHL\'s Binghamton

OTTAWA - Following their 6-1 win over the Philadelphia Flyers this afternoon, the Ottawa Senators reassigned centre Josh Hennessy to the club's American Hockey League affiliate, the Binghamton Senators.

The 21-year-old Hennessy received his third emergency call-up of the season on Jan. 6., and registered his first NHL goal on Antero Niittymaki in today's victory over the Flyers. In a total of eight games with the Senators, Hennessy has a goal on six shots and two penalty minutes.

Binghamton's next game is Friday, Jan. 12, when they host the Hershey Bears. The Senators are in seventh place in the AHL's East Division with 11 wins, 22 losses and four overtime losses for 26 points in 37 games.
