Bulletin: Senators Assign Two Players to Elmira of the ECHL
OTTAWA – The Ottawa Senators today assigned defenceman Tomas Kudelka and right-winger Jim McKenzie from the club’s American Hockey League affiliate, the Binghamton Senators, to the Elmira Jackals of the East Coast Hockey League.

Both Kudelka and McKenzie played in one of Binghamton’s three regular-season games, recording no points. Kudelka suited up in the Senators’ first game of the season, a 3-1 loss to the Albany River Rats on Oct. 6, while McKenzie joined in Binghamton’s 5-2 win over the Hershey Bears on Oct. 13.

Binghamton’s next game is in Norfolk against the Admirals on Friday, Oct. 19. The B-Sens have a win and two losses in their first three games of the season.

The Jackals open their first season in the ECHL at home against the Wheeling Nailers on Friday, Oct. 19.
