OTTAWA - The Ottawa Senators’ year-long commitment to community outreach programs throughout the National Capital Region continues. The following is a look at the club’s community schedule from Friday, Nov. 12, to Thursday, Nov. 18.

Smiths Falls and District Chamber of Commerce Annual General Meeting

Senators president Cyril Leeder will serve as guest speaker at the Smiths Falls and District Chamber of Commerce’s annual general meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 17.  He will be speaking at approximately 7:30 p.m. following the dinner.

An Inspiring Start to Your Day – Ottawa Food Bank

On Thursday, Nov. 18, Cyril Leeder will host an executive breakfast at the Ottawa Food Bank with a small network of local leaders to help demonstrate the impact the food bank has on our community. The breakfast will consist of what the Ottawa Food Bank serves to children at 21 local schools through its KickStart program.

Spartacat Appearances

Spartacat, the Senators’ ambassador of fun, will be at the following IGA locations on Sunday, Nov. 14: IGA Montee Paiement (720 Montee Paiement, Gatineau, Que) from noon to 1 p.m.
IGA Greber (455 Boulevard Greber, Gatineau, Que) from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
