OTTAWA - The Ottawa Senators today recalled forward Colin Greening from the club’s American Hockey League affiliate, the Binghamton Senators.
Greening, 24, was recalled to Ottawa for the third time this season on March 1 and scored his first National Hockey League goal in Ottawa’s 3-1 victory over the Atlanta Thrashers on March 3. The St. John’s, N.L., native has recorded one goal, two assists and four penalty minutes in nine NHL games. He has 37 points (14 goals, 23 assists) in 55 games with the B-Sens this season.
The Senators next see action tonight, when they visit the New Jersey Devils at 7 p.m.
