Bulletin: Fewer than 6,000 tickets remain for Ottawa\u2019s remaining 7 home games
OTTAWA - The Ottawa Senators announced today that fewer than 6,000 tickets are available for the last seven home games of the 2011-12 regular season, including fewer than 200 seats for the Senators’ next home game on Saturday, when they host the Buffalo Sabres 7 p.m.

Tickets remaining for the remainder of the regular season

Saturday, March 10, versus Buffalo Sabres, 200 tickets
Friday, March 16, versus Montreal Canadiens, 50 tickets
Saturday, March 17, versus Toronto Maple Leafs, 50 tickets
Tuesday, March 20, versus New Jersey Devils, 750 tickets
Saturday, March 24, versus Pittsburgh, 1,000 tickets
Tuesday, April 3, versus Carolina, 2,400 tickets
Thursday, April 5, versus Boston Bruins, 1,500 tickets

Through 34 home dates at Scotiabank Place this season, the Senators have sold out 19 home dates, three more than their 16 sellouts in 2010-11. Ottawa’s average attendance through 34 home games is 19,199, up five per cent from the same point last season. With the seven remaining games expected to reach capacity, the Senators are on pace to sell out 26 games, which would be the most since the 2007-08 season.

Senators season-seat renewal deadline is March 15

The Senators season-seat renewal campaign for the 2012-13 season is currently underway, with this year‘s renewal deadline set for March 15.

“Renewals to date have been strong and there has been great response to our new affordable pricing options that allow for a wider group of fans to become season-seat owners,” said Senators president Cyril Leeder. “Interest in the team is very high and we’re looking forward to hearing our fans cheer on our team as they power forward toward securing a berth in the playoffs.”

Tickets for all Senators home games are available at www.capitaltickets.ca, 613-599-FANS (3267), 1-877-788-FANS (3267), The Sens Store locations at Carlingwood Mall and Place d’Orléans, any Ottawa Sports Experts location, Les Galeries de Hull and the Scotiabank Place box office.
