News Release: Senators re-assign Derek Grant to Binghamton (AHL)
OTTAWA - The Ottawa Senators today re-assigned forward Derek Grant to the club’s American Hockey League affiliate, the Binghamton Senators.
Grant, 22, was held scoreless in five games with the Senators. He made his National Hockey League debut on Feb.16 at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto. The native of Abbotsford, B.C., has scored a team-leading 15 goals and recorded 21 points in 47 games with Binghamton.
The B-Sens next see action on Friday, March 8, when they host the Connecticut Whale at 7:05 p.m.
