News Release: Tickets for Round 2 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs go on sale Monday, May 13, at 10 a.m.
OTTAWA - With their victory tonight over the Montreal Canadiens, the Ottawa Senators have advanced to the Eastern Conference Semifinals in the 2013 Stanley Cup Playoffs. Tickets for Round 2 will go on sale to the public on Monday, May 13, at 10 a.m.
Tickets will be available at www.capitaltickets.ca, 613-599-FANS (3267), 1-877-788-FANS (3267); The Sens Store locations at Carlingwood Mall and Place d’Orléans, any Ottawa Sports Experts location, Les Galeries de Hull, Ottawa Festivals and the Scotiabank Place box office.
The Senators eliminated the Canadiens in five games in their best-of-seven series and will advance to the semifinals for the first time since their 2007 run to the Stanley Cup Final and for the sixth time in franchise history. The series marked the first ever meeting between the clubs in the NHL post-season. The league will confirm the team’s opponent and unveil the Round 2 playoff schedule once all semifinal playoff seeds have been established.
Senators’ 2013-14 season-seat packages are on sale now and purchasers can receive up to 47 per cent off 2013 Stanley Cup playoff tickets as well as priority access in advance of the public on sale.
