Sens VIP Points and bonus game date selection

• SENS VIP POINTS GAME SELECTION: Login to www.ottawasenators.com/vip for more information on the Sens VIP Points benefits you have selected. If you have any benefits that are game specific, you will be able to select those game dates here.

• FREE GAME ON US: Login to www.ottawasenators.com/vip to select your FREE GAME ON US! You will receive two tickets (in your seating level) for the game you select.

Login to purchase extra Sens tickets, concert tickets, access Ticket Transfer, view your account purchase history and more.

Ticket Trade
Exchange games within your ticket package for a different date.

Ticket Transfer
Email your tickets to family, friends and clients instantly! If you misplace your tickets, you can also re-issue a reprint to yourself via email with this service. Login to your Capital Tickets accountand transfer your tickets.

Total Ticket
Add food and beverage credits and use your tickets at concession stands for a cashless expense. You can also manage your existing Total Ticket balance here. For more information visit our FAQ page.

Formerly known as Ticket Marketplace, this ticket re-sale service is currently unavailable. Stay tuned to MY SENS ACCOUNT for further updates.

Cheer For Charity
If you have tickets you are unable to use, you can donate them to the Sens Foundation. They will in turn donate them to United Way/Centraide Ottawa and will provide you with a charitable income tax receipt issued for the value paid for the tickets, prior to taxes.
