How Do I Order a Ticket Package?

  1. In Person: Visit the Ottawa Senators head office at Canadian Tire Centre, Gate 2, Lower Level, Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. An Ottawa Senators account manager will meet with you, discuss your options, and show you your seats in the building. In addition, you may purchase at any Ottawa Senators home game. Visit our Kiosk located on the Concourse Level behind Section 201

What Are My Payment Options:

20% deposit due on signing.
Two equal payments due on June 1, 2014
and January 1, 2015.

First payment due on signing and monthly on the first business day of each month with the final payment due on February 14, 2015 (a 3% administration fee will be charged).

You will only be charged for the first and second home games of each round as we qualify. After that you will only be charged for home games as they are confirmed.

What if I cannot make a game included in my package?
We've introduced a number of ticket management services to help ensure you get 100% use of your ticket package!

Ticket Exchange Program - Full season seat owners experience full flexibility with our ticket trade program, while half season seat owners are entitled to exchange up to 5 regular season games.  Click here to access our ticket trade application!

Ticket Donation Program (Cheer for Charity): Don't let your tickets go to waste - donate them to the Sens Foundation.  We will then send your tickets to the United Way for distribution to a local charity. A charitable income tax receipt will be issued to you for the value paid for the tickets, prior to taxes.

What if I lose my tickets?
All tickets that are lost, destroyed or inaccessible are subject to a $10 per ticket replacement charge. In the event this occurs, a replacement ticket will be provided that overrides any other ticket for that seat(s). To have a replacement ticket issued, please call our customer service department at (613)-599-0300 (toll-free 1 800-444-7367).

What if my tickets get stolen?
In case of stolen tickets, a police report must be filed with your local police department. This report must be presented to the ticket office. There is no service charge or replacement fee for stolen tickets.

Who owns my season seats?
The owner of the season seats is the name or the company that appears on the first line of the account.

Once I have ordered season seats, is it possible to cancel?
Season-seat payments are non-refundable for games that have been or will be played.
