We strive for 100% fan satisfaction so if you have any questions or concerns regarding your season ticket or flex package account, please call your personal Client Service Account Manager or the Client Service Team at (613) 599-0300, toll free 1-800-444-7367 during regular business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday).
You may also visit a customer service representative on game days, (from the time doors open through to the second period) behind section 201, across from Guest Services or at the box office located at Gate 1.
