Full, half and Scotiabank Flex 40 ticket holders (whose account is in good standing) will have the opportunity to pick up their tickets at the Season-Ticket Holder Open House in early September. In late July you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your attendance to the event or if you wish to receive your tickets via courier. Scotiabank Flex 20, 30 and 10-game plans will have their tickets sent via courier in mid to late September.

You have three options:

1. Senators TicketExchange: Senators TicketExchange allows all season-ticket holders to re-sell their tickets online. Visit ottawasenators.com, Select Tickets and in the drop-down menu select Senators TicketExchange.
2. Ticket Donation Program (Cheer for Charity): Don't let your tickets go to waste - donate them to the Sens Foundation at sensfoundation.com (link to: www.sensfoundation.com) and select Cheer for Charity (minimum five business days in advance of the game you cannot attend). We will then send your tickets to the United Way for distribution to a local charity. A charitable income tax receipt will be issued to you for the value paid for the tickets, prior to taxes.
3. Ticket Trade Program: full and half season-ticket holders may exchange up to five games (five for a full season package and three for a half season package) from their package per season for pre-determined games. The tickets to be exchanged must be returned a minimum of five business days in advance of the game being played. Unused tickets for games already played will not be eligible for exchange. To exchange a game, download our Ticket Trade Form by visiting ottawasenators.com, select Tickets and in the drop-down menu select My Sens Account. Return the completed form along with the tickets and send to "Ticket Trade" at the following address:

All tickets that are lost, destroyed or inaccessible are subject to a $10 per ticket replacement charge. In the event this occurs, a replacement ticket will be provided that overrides any other ticket for that seat(s). To have a replacement ticket issued, please call our customer service department at 613-599-0300 (toll-free 1 800-444-7367).

In case of stolen tickets, a police report must be filed with your local police department. This report must be presented to the ticket office. There is no service charge or replacement fee for stolen tickets.

The owner of the season tickets is the name or the company that appears on the first line of the account.

Season ticket payments are non-refundable for games that have been or will be played.

Additional tickets for games in October and November will go on sale to season-ticket holders on September 7 at 10 a.m. (public onsale is September 12) at captialtickets.ca, or by calling 613-599-FANS (toll-free 1 877-778-FANS). To purchase your tickets online please ensure that you have your account number and PIN as it appears on your latest invoice/statement or the password create when you previously linked your season-ticket account online.
Presale opportunities for the December and January games will occur on November 9, 2009, and games from February to April on January 4, 2010. You will receive an e-mail reminder prior to these onsale dates.
