APPERANCE REQUEST
The Senators Alumni are always looking for fundraising events to support. If you are hosting an event that you feel may be of interest to them, please fill out the Senators Alumni request form and submit it to sensalumni@ottawasenators.com or by fax (613)-599-4974.
Due to the large amount of requests received, interested parties must provide the completed request form 2 months in advance of their event for consideration.
