Gerry Armstrong
Gerry Armstrong played his professional hockey for the Winston-Salem Thunderbirds of the Atlantic Coast Hockey League (ACHL), which was the forerunner of today’s East Coast Hockey League (ECHL). The native of Shawville, Que., also tended goal for the Pembroke Lumber Kings and currently works as a firefighter in Ottawa.
