Murray Kuntz
Ottawa native Murray Kuntz played Junior A hockey for the Ottawa Montagnards before going to play for the New Haven (Conn.) Blades of the old Eastern Hockey League. In New Haven, he would play 207 games while scoring 280 points as a forward before moving on to the American Hockey League. In the 1974-1975 season, Kuntz got his shot at the NHL, playing seven games with the St. Louis Blues, recording one goal and two assists.
