FAQ's Regarding The NHL Work Stoppage
As you know, the National Hockey League and the National Hockey League Players’ Association were unable to complete the negotiation of a new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) prior to the conclusion of the previous CBA which expired on September 15, 2012. Despite this reality, we continue to value your ongoing support of the Senators. Below are some frequently asked questions from fans and season-seat owners.

I purchased a ticket package for the upcoming season. Should I still expect to receive my full season ticket booklet in the mail?
As you know, we only provided you with tickets for the first 10 games of the season (five games for half-season seat owners) at this time. If there are no changes to the full NHL schedule, the remainder of your 2012-13 season tickets will be sent to you in the regular booklet form a few weeks after a new CBA is in place. If there are changes to the schedule, we will communicate with you at that time about what you can expect to receive in the mail.
I am on a monthly payment plan to pay for my season ticket package. Why do I have to continue to make my monthly payments during the work stoppage?
Actually, all season seat payment plans will be suspended until such time as a new CBA is reached and an announcement has been made to start the 2012-13 season.
