- In his sixth NHL season and has been a part of four clubs (Edmonton, Philadelphia, Phoenix and Ottawa)
- The Edmonton, Alta., native was drafted by the Oilers in the third round, 91st overall, of the 1999 NHL Entry Draft
- Recorded career-highs in games played (82) and goals (33) with Edmonton in 2001-02
- Played in the 2002 NHL YoungStars Game as part of NHL All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles
- Had his second career 30-goal season in 2005-06 with Phoenix, and added as many assists for another 60-point campaign
CAREER TRANSACTIONS
- Acquired by Philadelphia from Edmonton on Dec. 16, 2003 in exchange for Jeff Woywitka, a first-round pick in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft and a third-round pick in the 2005 entry draft
- Traded to Phoenix from Philadelphia on Feb. 9, 2004, in exchange for Sean Burke, Branko Radivojevic and the rights to Ben Eager
- Acquired To Ottawa from Phoenix on Jan. 3, 2007, in exchange for Alexei Kaigorodov
