 2012-13: Spent the majority of the season with Binghamton (AHL) … Recalled to Ottawa for the first time on Feb. 15… Made his NHL debut on Feb. 16 at Toronto (3-0 loss) registering 7:30 time-on-ice and one shot on goal ... Was held scoreless in five games with Ottawa ... Re-assigned to the B-Sens on March 4 … Played 63 AHL games, scoring a team-best 19 goals and adding nine assists … Led all AHL players with five shorthanded goals … Was held scoreless in three AHL playoff games. 2011-12: Completed his first full season of professional hockey with Binghamton, tallying 23 points (eight goals, 15 assists) and 26 penalty minutes in 60 games … Ranked ninth among B-Sens in scoring. 2010-11: Completed his collegiate career in playing his sophomore season with the Michigan State Spartans (CCHA), tallying 33 points (eight goals, 25 assists) in 38 games … Established new collegiate career highs in assists, points and penalty minutes (44) … Led the Spartans in scoring for the first time … Signed an entry-level contract with the Senators on 3/10/11 and concluded his season with Binghamton, where he made his professional debut in the B-Sens’ 8-3 loss at Norfolk on 3/11/11 … Member of Calder Cup-winning Binghamton team … Registered his first professional point (an assist) in his second game with Binghamton in a 3-1 win at Charlotte on 3/12/11 … Appeared in each of the B-Sens’ seven games of their Atlantic Division semi-final series against Manchester and scored the game-winning goal in overtime of Game 2 to tie the series. 2009-10: Made his collegiate debut with Michigan State, finishing second in team scoring with 30 points (12 goals, 18 assists) while appearing in each of the team’s 38 games. ... Shared the MSU hockey Outstanding Rookie Award with teammate Torey Krug ... Received CCHA Honourable Mention selection to the conference’s all-rookie team. 2008-09: Ranked third in team scoring for Langley (BCHL) despite playing in only 35 of his team’s 60 regular-season games due to injury.. 2007-08: Played 57 games for Langley and ranked second in team scoring … Named Chiefs’ rookie of the year.
